The founder and the new generation
Dr. Christa Pircher founded Pircher Service, bringing her legal training and a habit of standing behind her own decisions to property management. Today she leads the firm together with a team that works the same way.
We don’t just manage – we see every matter through. Directly, in English, German and Italian, with a working knowledge of how property management actually functions in South Tyrol and on Lake Garda.
Qualifications:
Doctorate in Law
Certified condominium manager under Italian law, pursuant to Ministry of Justice Decree No. 140/2014, registered with UNAI (Unione Nazionale Amministratori d’Immobili) under No. BZ15034
Certified auditor for condominium accounting pursuant to Art. 1130-bis of the Italian Civil Code, registered with UNAI under No. BZ00337
